Service Description
Short phone or virtual support for quick questions, clarification, or guidance between appointments. This option does not replace a full session and is best suited for established clients requiring minimal support.
Cancellation Policy
We’re grateful you’ve chosen to work with Ozeya Sea to Cells and look forward to supporting you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for 48 hours’ notice to allow for a full refund. Cancellations within 24–48 hours are subject to a 50% fee, and appointments cancelled within 24 hours or missed appointments are non-refundable. Please be sure to complete any intake forms sent ahead of your session so we can make the most of our time together. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to help.
